A Shot of Cake LLC is a family-built, mobile dessert cart that serves up mini cakes, cupcakes, sweet treats, and custom favors—perfectly sized for life’s sweetest moments. Founded by Shayla Tolbert, our business was born out of a love for creativity, entrepreneurship, and making celebrations a little more special.
While Shayla built the vision, the cart is proudly operated by her son Tavaris, an aspiring home baker whose passion and skill bring every dessert to life. Together, we combine heart, fresh ideas, and handcrafted quality to deliver desserts that are as fun and unique as the events we serve.
